Plastic surgery my heart—
just so I can fit in.
Erase the blemishes
and remove any clues
of the secrets I’ve held within.

I’m a slave to society—
all I want is perfection
I’m tired of lies
and fatigued by deception.

Cut me open
and stitch me up.
Change me inside and out.
And if I’m lucky,
or try hard enough,
I’ll pay no heed to what I am without.

hmm, I may not know what its about, but its quite original, and you should stay original( not that you are not =D), its what America lacks these days with teenagers, too many peole dressing and looking the same. its a good poem, even though i probably didn't understand it much. =D
